Allan Martin

Allan Coach Allan has been training Muay Thai under Arjarn Mark Nardone since 2008. He currently holds a 6th Khan in Muay Boran and is a Student Instructor.

He has trained in weight lifting and conditioning for more than 13 years, and is always trying to push himself — whether for Muay Thai training, the gym, CrossFit, or preparing for obstacle course races.

Coach Allan runs conditioning classes throughout the week and is also available for private lessons in Muay Thai, personal training and weight loss. He is American Red Cross Certified for First Aid, CPR and AED for adults, children and infants.

Alex Toh

Alex Alex Toh began his journey in martial arts when he came under the instruction of Kru Mark Nardone in one of Boston's first Muay Thai Academies: Khai Muy Lug Sitnarong, Boston in 1996. In 2005, Alex went back to training with Kru Mark Nardone teaching at Wai Kru in Allston. He has since included the study of Muay Boran, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Judo achieving Blue Belt in BJJ and Yellow Belt in Judo. He is certified 5th Khan and is registered with the Association Institute of Thai Martial Arts. Coach Alex has since served as Muay Thai instructor for Team Best Way in Quincy and Tapout Gym in Boston.

Tammy Yu

Tammy Tammy's classes focus on the present and bringing balance not only on, but also off of one's mat. She's been practicing yoga for over 7 years and have explored various yoga classes from: aerial, ashtanga, power yoga, bikram, vinyassa, as well as hip hop. She personally likes to couple her yoga with lifting because stretching and opening the body is equally important with any strength and conditioning class.
